§70-3-119. Allocation of funds for school lunch programs.

Funds appropriated to the State Board of Education for School Lunch Matching and School Lunch Programs shall be apportioned by the State Board of Education to each school district for the purpose of providing meals for children in compliance with the National School Lunch Act and the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 and Public Law 91-248, as they may hereafter be amended or supplemented. Added by Laws 1995, c. 305, § 4, eff. July 1, 1995.
