Sections 26-101 through 26-105 of this title shall be known and may be cited as the "Larry Dickerson Education Flexible Benefits Allowance Act". Added by Laws 1998, c. 380, § 3, emerg. eff. June 9, 1998. Amended by Laws 2002, c. 282, § 1, eff. July 1, 2002.
