The State Board of Education shall adopt necessary rules and regulations providing coverage of the outstanding historical events which recognize the contributions made by African Americans, Hispanic Americans, Native Americans and other ethnic groups to Oklahoma's rich cultural history and heritage. Amended by Laws 1982, c. 326, § 6; Laws 1991, c. 233, § 2, eff. July 1, 1991.
