The school board of each school district in Oklahoma shall provide safety goggles as approved by the National Safety Council for all personnel using materials and machines that may damage the vision of such personnel because of flying particles, intense light, severe heat or other harmful effects. Added by Laws 1971, c. 281, § 24-117, eff. July 2, 1971.
