§70-23-126. Purchase of television programs.

Purchases made by the Oklahoma Educational Television Authority from sources other than state-appropriated funds for the acquisition of television programs shall be excluded from the provisions of Section 85.7 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The said Authority is hereby authorized to make such purchases against special authorization orders submitted to, approved and encumbered by, the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services. Contracts for the purchase of television programs entered into by the Oklahoma Educational Television Authority and charged against a special authorization order as herein provided shall be maintained as a permanent record of the Authority for a period of not less than three
