§70-23-122. Authority must report to Legislature.

The Authority shall make and submit to the Legislature, on or before December 31 of each year, a full report showing projects under construction and in operation, planned projects, and the financial condition of the Authority, and such other information as the Legislature shall require. Added by Laws 1971, c. 281, § 23-122, eff. July 2, 1971.
