§70-22-111. Duties of board of education - Removal of members.

It shall be the duty of each local board of education to cause such audits to be made in accordance with this article. It shall be the further duty of said board to file a copy of said audit with the proper authorities set forth in this article. Such filings shall be not later than thirty
(30)days after completion of the audit. Any court of competent jurisdiction shall have the power to remove members of such board from office for violation of this article. Added by Laws 1971, c. 281, § 22-111, eff. July 2, 1971.
