A student or religious student association aggrieved by a violation of Section 2 or 3 of this act may assert that violation as a claim or defense in a judicial or administrative proceeding against the public institution of higher education and obtain appropriate relief, including damages, against that institution from a court or administrative body. Added by Laws 2014, c. 350, § 4, eff. Nov. 1, 2014.
