Any action of the Board respecting the issuance, denial, or revocation of a permit pursuant to Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 of this act shall be subject to judicial review by the district court having jurisdiction. Laws 1970, c. 65, § 10, operative July 1, 1970; Laws 1971, c. 281, § 24-123, eff. July 2, 1971.
