Teachers may be dismissed if a school district has a loss of average daily attendance over the prior year which would reduce state aid to the extent that such district was unable to finance the
contract salaries of teachers employed by school districts under the continuing contract law. Added by Laws 1973, c. 211, § 26, emerg. eff. May 22, 1973.
