education programs - Increments.
Nondegree instructors in vocational and technical education who are employed in a full-time, approved, reimbursed program for vocational and technical education shall qualify for yearly increments the same as any other teacher in the public schools. Added by Laws 1974, c. 152, § 1, emerg. eff. May 3, 1974.
