district - Access to vocational offerings.
The State Board of Career and Technology Education shall promulgate rules to ensure access to vocational offerings in technology center school districts to students in technology center school districts who are receiving educational services from a school district due to placements outlined in the provisions of Section 1-113 of this title. Added by Laws 1996, c. 319, § 4, eff. July 1, 1996. Amended by Laws 2001, c. 33, § 92, eff. July 1, 2001.
