§70-13-114.5. Allocation of funds for Hissom Compliance.

Funds appropriated to the State Board of Education for Hissom Compliance purposes shall be used to provide resources and programs determined by the Board to be necessary to comply with any federal court order pertaining to Hissom Memorial Center which requires any such resources and programs. Added by Laws 1995, c. 305, § 15, eff. July 1, 1995.
