Apportionment and distribution of funds.
State monies appropriated to carry out the provisions of this act shall be apportioned by the State Board of Education among the school districts providing a special education and related services program for children with visual impairments. The apportionment and distribution of state funds shall be on a per student basis and in accordance with the rules to be adopted for such purpose by the State Board of Education. Added by Laws 1972, c. 1, § 2, emerg. eff. Jan. 24, 1972. Amended by Laws 1993, c. 116, § 11, eff. July 1, 1993.
