Funds appropriated to the State Board of Education for the School/Community Network for the Arts-in-Education program shall be awarded to school districts on a competitive application basis in accordance with rules promulgated by the State Board of Education for such purpose. Added by Laws 1995, c. 305, § 11, eff. July 1, 1995.
