The State Department of Education may make program materials concerning environmental issues and policies, provided by the Department of Environmental Quality, available to the public schools of this state. Added by Laws 1991, c. 340, § 4, eff. July 1, 1991. Amended by Laws 1993, c. 145, § 355, eff. July 1, 1993.
