§70-1-119. Sinking fund - Definition.

The sinking fund of any district shall consist of all money derived from ad valorem taxes or otherwise as provided by law for the payment of bonds and judgments and interest thereon. Added by Laws 1971, c. 281, § 1-119, eff. July 2, 1971.
