§69-628. Power of county commissioners to open roads.

The board of county commissioners shall have power and authority upon its own motion to open and establish public roads on section lines anywhere in the county and obtain right-of-way therefor, either by amicable settlement or condemnation proceedings as provided by law. Laws 1968, c. 415, § 628, operative July 1, 1968.
