The Commissioners of the Land Office are hereby authorized to lease for oil and gas purposes all lands between mean high-water mark in all streams or rivers of two
(2)chains or over. All the streams are declared the property of the State of Oklahoma. Added by Laws 1919, c. 206, p. 293, § 1, emerg. eff. March 28, 1919.
