The Commissioners of the Land Office shall be responsible for and pay the fee for obtaining a real estate appraiser license for
any employee who is required to obtain such license to perform job duties. Added by Laws 2003, c. 205, § 3, eff. July 1, 2003. Renumbered from § 16 of this title by Laws 2010, c. 41, § 62, emerg. eff. April 2, 2010.
