§60-510. Work jeopardizing soundness or safety of property

No unit owner shall do any work which would jeopardize the soundness or safety of the property or impair any easement or hereditament without in every such case the unanimous consent of all the other unit owners affected being first obtained. Laws 1963, c. 288, § 10.
