§60-502. Creation of unit ownership estate - Recording.

A unit ownership estate may be created by an owner or the co- owners of a building by an express declaration of their intention to submit such property to the provisions of the act, which declaration shall be recorded in the office of the county clerk of the county in which the property is situated. Added by Laws 1963, c. 288, § 2. Amended by Laws 1973, c. 8, § 1, emerg. eff. March 12, 1973.
