§60-362. Discretion of court - Bond of appointee.

The court shall have full discretionary authority to appoint any suitable person as such conservator and may require such conservator to execute a surety bond to the State of Oklahoma, to be approved by the judge of said court, and in such sum as he shall order, conditioned that the conservator will faithfully execute the duties of his trust according to law. Laws 1945, p. 189, § 2.
