Nothing herein shall be construed to subject a charitable organization to the Oklahoma Open Records Act or the Oklahoma Open
Meeting Act, provided however that the annual audit reports which are in the possession of the Oklahoma Banking Department because of having been delivered by charitable organizations pursuant to Section 10 of this act shall be deemed a "record" as defined in the Oklahoma Open Records Act. Added by Laws 1997, c. 99, § 11, emerg. eff. April 15, 1997.
