§60-178.3. Validity of outstanding indebtedness.

Nothing in this act shall affect the validity of outstanding indebtedness of any public trust heretofore created nor shall the validity of any document pertaining to such outstanding indebtedness or written instrument creating such public trust be affected. Laws 1976, c. 222, § 6, eff. Dec. 1, 1976.
