APPLICATION OF ACT TO EXISTING TRUSTS AND ESTATES
This act applies to every trust or decedent's estate existing on the effective date of this act except as otherwise expressly provided in the will or terms of the trust or in this act. Added by Laws 1998, c. 115, § 32, eff. Nov. 1, 1998.
