A. A federally-regulated appraisal management company
(AMC)operating in Oklahoma must report to the Real Estate Appraiser Board the information required to be submitted by the Real Estate Appraiser Board to the Appraisal Subcommittee of the Federal Financial Examinations Council (ASC), pursuant to the ASC's policies regarding the determination of the AMC National Registry fee, including, but not limited to, the collection of the information related to ownership limitations.
B. As a state electing to register AMCs for purposes of permitting AMCs to provide appraisal management services relating to covered transactions in Oklahoma, the Real Estate Appraiser Board shall submit to the ASC the information required to be submitted by ASC regulations or guidance concerning AMCs that operate in Oklahoma.
C. If the National Registry fee is received by the Real Estate Appraiser Board from a self-identifying AMC, such funds will be transmitted by the Real Estate Appraiser Board to the ASC National Registry. Added by Laws 2019, c. 90, § 9, eff. Nov. 1, 2019.
