The Oklahoma Real Estate Appraiser Board may, in accordance with the provisions of the Oklahoma Appraisal Management Company Regulation Act relating to hearings, deny the issuance of a registration or a renewal of a registration to an applicant on any of the grounds enumerated in the Oklahoma Appraisal Management Company Regulation Act. Added by Laws 2010, c. 364, § 25, eff. Jan. 1, 2011.
