§59-858-813. Credentials of employees or contractors of an AMC.

Any employee of, or independent contractor to, the AMC that performs an appraisal review for a property located in Oklahoma shall be an appraiser credentialed in good standing in the State of Oklahoma. Added by Laws 2010, c. 364, § 13, eff. Jan. 1, 2011.
