§59-698.23. Issuance of certificate.

Upon receiving from the State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners a report that an applicant has successfully passed the examination and is recommended for certification, the Board shall issue a certificate in a form approved by the Board. Added by Laws 1980, c. 138, § 4, eff. Oct. 1, 1980. Amended by Laws 1999, c. 94, § 26, eff. Nov. 1, 1999.
