§59-698.15. Report of contagious or infectious diseases.

It shall be the duty of every person engaged in the practice of veterinary medicine to report to the State Veterinarian of the State of Oklahoma the name of the owner or person in possession of all domestic animals afflicted with any contagious or infectious disease required to be reported to the State Board of Agriculture together with the location of the animals and the disease with which the animals are afflicted immediately upon such knowledge or information coming to such practitioners. Added by Laws 1971, c. 126, § 15, emerg. eff. May 4, 1971. Amended by Laws 1999, c. 94, § 18, eff. Nov. 1, 1999.
