§59-490. Administration of oaths - Evidence and witnesses.

Any member of the Board shall have the authority to administer oaths in all matters pertaining to the affairs of the Board and to take evidence and compel the attendance of witnesses on questions pertaining to the enforcement of this act. The trial examiner of the Board shall have the authority to compel the attendance of witnesses. Added by Laws 1923, c. 59, p. 104, § 10, emerg. eff. March 31, 1923. Amended by Laws 1987, c. 118, § 11, operative July 1, 1987; Laws 1994, c. 323, § 9, eff. July 1, 1994.
