It shall be unlawful for a registered commercial interior designer to accept or to receive compensation, directly or indirectly, from a person or entity other than his or her client in connection with the reparation, alteration or construction of a building interior that he or she has accepted employment in any manner. Added by Laws 2021, c. 443, § 25, eff. July 1, 2021.
