The Oklahoma State Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors is authorized, pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act, to adopt and promulgate rules necessary for the licensing, inspection, and regulation of crematories. Added by Laws 2001, c. 75, § 3, eff. Nov. 1, 2001. Renumbered from Title 63, § 1-331.1 by Laws 2003, c. 57, § 31, emerg. eff. April 10, 2003.
