Temporary permit.
In case of a catastrophe as declared by the executive director of the Board, funeral directors and embalmers from other states may be allowed to practice in this state. A temporary permit may be issued to those persons, and the permit shall allow the persons to practice for a length of time as determined by the Board. Added by Laws 1999, c. 64, § 16, eff. July 1, 1999. Amended by Laws 2003, c. 57, § 23, emerg. eff. April 10, 2003.
