The Governor shall remove from membership of the Oklahoma Funeral Board, at any time, any member of the Board for continued neglect of duty required by the Funeral Services Licensing Act, conduct involving moral turpitude or any violation of the provisions of Section 396.12c of this title. Added by Laws 1941, p. 242, § 22, emerg. eff. May 20, 1941. Amended by Laws 2003, c. 57, § 21, emerg. eff. April 10, 2003.
