§59-396.16. Records of Board - Contents - Public inspection.

The Board shall keep a record of its proceedings, and its acts relating to the issuance, refusal, renewal, suspensions and revocation of licenses. This record shall contain the name, place of business, and residence of each registered embalmer and funeral director and registered apprentice, and the date and number of his certificate of registration. This record shall be open to public inspection. Added by Laws 1941, p. 241, § 17, emerg. eff. May 20, 1941.
