§59-328.55. Death of patient - Notification of Board.

All licensees engaged in the practice of dentistry in this state shall notify the Board within twenty-four
(24)hours of the discovery of a death of a patient, or an emergency hospital visit where the patient is admitted, pursuant to treatment in a dental office and potentially related to the practice of dentistry by the licensee. A licensee shall submit a complete report to the Board of any fatality or serious injury occurring during the practice of dentistry or the discovery of the death of a patient whose death is causally related to the practice of dentistry by the licensee within thirty
