Midwives.
A physician or Certified Nurse-Midwife who issues an order directing or instructing a midwife is immune from liability arising out of the inability, failure or refusal of the midwife to comply with the order. Added by Laws 2020, c. 40, § 12, eff. Nov. 1, 2020.
