§59-2063. Licenses - Issuance.

The Board may issue a license to practice perfusion upon payment of a licensure fee specified by Section 21 of this act to any person who has:
1. Qualified pursuant to Section 10 or Section 11 of this act; or
2. Been practicing perfusion in a full-time capacity for a period of more than twenty-four
(24)months prior to January 1, 1997; provided, such applicant must demonstrate through written evidence verified under oath and certified to by the employing health care facility that the applicant has in fact been employed in such capacity for more than twenty-four
(24)months preceding January 1, 1997. Added by Laws 1996, c. 226, § 13, eff. July 1, 1996.
