§59-199.5. Positions and salaries.

A. The State Board of Cosmetology and Barbering shall create positions and fix the salaries of officials and employees necessary to carry out the purposes of the Oklahoma Cosmetology and Barbering Act and the administration thereof.
B. The employees shall include not less than five nor more than nine cosmetology and barbering inspectors. Only licensed instructors shall be employed as cosmetology or barbering inspectors by the Board. Added by Laws 1949, p. 392, § 5, emerg. eff. June 6, 1949. Amended by Laws 2000, c. 355, § 6, eff.
