On or before January 1, 2000, any person holding a valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor shall be exempt from the revised education requirements of Section 1906 of this title. Added by Laws 1995, c. 167, § 10, eff. Nov. 1, 1995. Amended by Laws 1998, c. 295, § 12, eff. Nov. 1, 1998.
