Nothing in the Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors Act shall be construed to require reimbursement under a health insurance or
nonprofit hospital or medical service plan unless a contract specifically provides for reimbursement to certified or licensed alcohol and drug counselors. Added by Laws 2004, c. 313, § 16, emerg. eff. May 19, 2004.
