Sections 1850.1 through 1860 of this title shall be known and may be cited as the "Mechanical Licensing Act". Added by Laws 1987, c. 93, § 1, eff. Nov. 1, 1987. Amended by Laws 2001, c. 394, § 52, eff. Jan. 1, 2002.
