On and after July 1, 1988, no person may be employed or operate as an armed security guard until a license therefor has been issued by the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training pursuant to the Oklahoma Security Guard and Private Investigator Act. Added by Laws 1988, S.J.R. No. 27, § 2, emerg. eff. Feb. 24, 1988.
