§59-1640. Violations - Misdemeanor - Penalties.

Any person who violates the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by payment of a fine of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). Laws 1978, c. 104, § 17, eff. Oct. 1, 1978.
