§59-1629. Certification of applicants.

The Oklahoma State Labor Department shall issue to each applicant successfully meeting the qualifications requirements provided in Section 1628 of this title a certificate stating that the applicant has met the certification requirements. The certificate shall be valid for one
(1)year unless revoked pursuant to Section 1631 of this title. Added by Laws 1978, c. 104, § 6, eff. Oct. 1, 1978. Amended by Laws 2008, c. 312, § 12, eff. Nov. 1, 2008.
