§59-1621. Penalties.

Any person who represents himself or herself to be a speech- language pathologist and/or audiologist or engages in the practice of speech-language pathology and/or audiology within this state without being licensed or exempted in accordance with the provisions of the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Licensing Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or be confined to jail for not more than six
(6)months, or both such fine or confinement. Each day of violation is a separate offense.
