§59-1374. Violations and penalties.

Any person who, after the first day of January, 1966, represents himself to be a psychologist or engages in the practice of psychology within this state without being licensed or exempted in accordance with the provisions of this act is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or be confined in jail for not more than six
(6)months, or both. Each day of violation is a separate offense. Laws 1965, c. 347, § 24, emerg. eff. June 28, 1965.
