§59-1339. Access to jails.

Every person who holds a valid bail bondsman's license issued by the Insurance Commissioner and registered as required in Section 20 of this act shall be entitled to equal access to the jails of this state for the purpose of making bond, subject to the provisions of this act and the rules and regulations adopted and promulgated in the manner provided by law. Laws 1965, c. 184, § 39, eff. Jan. 1, 1966.
